It's a funny thing waking up on the other side of the world. It feels like living in a story, which I suppose we all are anyway really. You ever felt like the protagonist in a story of your life? Like there's a starving artist sitting in a cafe in a parallel universe somewhere thinking 'hmm, what complication should I next inflict on this 'Ingrid' character?' Well, I feel that now. I also sense some twists and turns in the upcoming pages! Well, one can only assume. Life does seem to write the best twists after all.
Also, for those interested, the voice: painful, but holding up. However, I have no plans on letting it interfere with my life any further. I guess I'll never be a teacher, or an actor, or anything else I was dreaming of really - but I'm on my way to deciding that's okay. Life is full of twists and turns after all, like I was just saying. :)
Maybe I'll make stories that change the world.
Anyway, that's all for now. I'll be sure to update this thing more frequently for the one person I have convinced myself is out there reading it. :P
